Teaching Job Placement in Vietnam

Looking for Vietnam jobs with visa support? The arrangements are employer-specific, not a benefit we can promise for every vacancy. Ask who coordinates the documents, which costs are covered and what must be confirmed before you travel or start work.

An entry visa does not by itself establish a right to work. Explore our separate visa, work permit and TRC services and confirm the scope of support for your circumstances.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which documents should I prepare?

Start with your CV and a summary of your qualifications and teaching experience. Further requirements depend on the role. Confirm what is needed and how to share it securely before sending sensitive documents.

Can I apply while I am overseas?

Yes. Share your current location, teaching background and intended timeline. Confirm entry and work requirements before making travel commitments; an application is not permission to enter or work in Vietnam.

Can I choose where I teach in Vietnam?

You can tell us your preferred cities or regions and any travel or timetable constraints. Available roles depend on current vacancies and employer requirements, so a preferred location cannot be guaranteed. Confirm the actual campus, any travel between campuses and your expected commute before accepting an offer.

What should I check about the teaching timetable?

Ask your prospective employer about weekly teaching hours, lesson preparation, marking and administrative duties. Confirm whether evening or weekend classes, split shifts or travel between campuses are expected, and how schedule changes are handled. Check that the timetable and workload match the written terms of the role.
