Vietnam Visa, Work Permit & TRC Services

A clearer starting point for your next step in Vietnam.

From an E-visa application to employment and residence documents, start with a conversation about your needs. We will discuss the support available and agree what is included before proceeding.

Not sure which service fits? You do not need to choose before contacting us.

Entry

E-visa

Support with understanding the application process and preparing information for Vietnam's official E-visa portal.

You can apply directly through the official portal. Discuss whether you need our assistance before proceeding.

Business travel

Business visa

Discuss your business travel purpose, available documents and the support you need for the next step.

Confirm the appropriate route and any inviting organisation requirements with the relevant authorities. A business visa is not a substitute for work permission.

Employment-related entry

Working visa

Support with visa questions connected to an employment arrangement in Vietnam, with responsibilities clarified before preparation begins.

Visa and work permission are separate matters. Employer involvement is case-specific; we do not guarantee employer sponsorship.

Permission to work

Work permit

Discuss document preparation and coordination for work permit support in the context of your role and employer.

A work permit is not an entry visa. Confirm the applicable work requirements with your employer and the competent authority.

Temporary residence

TRC

Temporary residence card support, starting with a discussion of your circumstances, available documents and the scope of assistance.

A TRC concerns residence, not a promise of permission to work. Confirm the appropriate residence arrangements with the immigration authority.

How we work together

Clear scope before the paperwork.

  1. Discuss your needs

Tell us your purpose, current situation and questions. Do not send passport scans or sensitive documents in the initial inquiry.

  2. Assess the documents

Discuss what you already have and what needs to be checked. Confirm any later document-sharing arrangements first.

  3. Confirm the support scope

Agree the service, responsibilities and any applicable fees before proceeding. Employer and authority requirements must be confirmed separately.

  4. Prepare, submit and track

Preparation, submission and tracking support follow the agreed service. Decisions and any requests for further information remain with the authorities.

Before you proceed

Questions worth asking.

General service information, not a determination of eligibility or legal advice. Requirements can change and depend on your circumstances.

Looking for a teaching role? Explore teaching job placement in Vietnam. Paid application preparation is a separate service.

Can I apply for an E-visa myself?

Yes. Use Vietnam's official E-visa portal for the official application process and current instructions. Our support is separate from the government portal.

Does a visa mean I can work in Vietnam?

Do not assume that permission to enter also permits employment. Confirm your work arrangements and applicable requirements with your employer and the relevant authorities before starting work.

Are work permits and TRCs visas?

No. Work permits concern permission to work, while a temporary residence card concerns residence. They are not interchangeable with an entry visa.

What is included, and how much does it cost?

We discuss your needs and documents first, then confirm the scope and any applicable fees. Preparation, submission and tracking depend on the agreed service. No price or completion date is promised on this page.

Can you guarantee approval or employer sponsorship?

No. Decisions rest with the relevant authorities. Employer involvement and available support depend on the specific arrangement; sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Where should I check current requirements?

Start with the official E-visa portal, the Vietnam Immigration Department and the Ministry of Justice's National Database of Legal Documents. Confirm the rules that apply to your situation with the competent authority; this page does not reproduce a legal eligibility checklist.
